We service all Dealer4 machines purchased from BridgeNZ.
Servicing is a priority and generally BridgeNZ provides quick turn around for servicing unless specific parts are not in stock.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The Dealer4/4+ should be shipped in the original box which is specifically designed for safe transport of the machine.
- Do NOT Include the power supply unless there is a potential problem.
- Include 2 decks of cards with average use (for testing purposes) with the machine being returned.
- A list of any error messages received whilst dealing can be emailed or included with the machine.
- Provide details of the contact person. A cost estimate will be provided for approval prior to the commencement of work.
